Due Diligence

Due diligence procedures are intended to reinforce accountability and memorialize transparent decision making throughout the entire investment selection process, from sourcing fund managers to executing contracts.

Our proprietary due diligence process includes both quantitative and qualitative analysis. Quantitative factors include historical returns, risk exposures, asset correlations, liquidity, use of leverage and other technical data. Qualitative factors include strategy assessment, character evaluation, risk management systems, operational efficiency, and term structure. We also verify service providers and may conduct background checks on the fund’s principals and key personnel, and inquire about any current or past litigation, regulatory compliance issues and conflicts of interest.
